EVnow; i agree. high on the list of the Volt rejection was no hatchback. after 8+ years of "Priusness" i find it hard to live without it
But the Volt is a hatchback Dave.

So is a Camaro, doesn't mean it really is though.

The hatchback area isn't as deep as my LEAF but it's a bit wider so I can fit some furniture in the Volt that I can't get in the LEAF.

So what is the PIP numbers?
This text/chart indicates 1,047 for the PIP but this is the only place I've seen it. (note chart header appears to be wrong)

Thanks. I'm assuming the VIII is the 8th month .... etc.

August is abut to end - that means August numbers would be out soon. I'm assuming 4th of Sep, given that 3rd is a holiday.

Volt apparently had a banner month with moe than 2,500 sales.

I think attractive lease rates are a big reason.

Volt : 2,831
Leaf : 685
i : 37
Seems like your first post should always point to the main one with the chart/graphs. ie. point it back here: http://www.mynissanleaf.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2883" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Just for Fun (but it is a true story), I have EV statistics of another "country".
In Vatican, Pope Benedict the XVIth just received 2 Renault EV:

Side note: I didn't realize that some dealers have so many PiPs in inventory. Take a look at http://priuschat.com/threads/diannes-socal-inventory-for-the-plugins-sept-2012.114920/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; right now.

Same issue as the Leaf: The early adopters have already bought and now sales have to come mostly from regular folks...

I am seeing a lot of new Leaf owners this week on mynissanleaf.com which I hope is also happening with non members of this forum and the monthly sales numbers will show next week.

Keep on driving gas free,
