Leafer123,

I wouldn't pay more than $200 including tax. Have you checked out Fontana Nissan and Cerritos Nissan?
Cerritos Nissan is offering $ 290 (no downpayment, 3 years and 12000 annual miles). I have not checked out Fontana Nissan but will do so tomorrow.
I wish there was a forum that was dedicated to which dealer(s) to avoid, and which to favor for good deals.
Thanks for your input.

I stand corrected. Cerritos Nissan is NOT offering the $ 290 deal as listed above. Apparently, they offered $ 224 with $ 2500 down to another person, but would not offer that anymore to me.
Here is their quote:
36 months
12k miles
$0 Down-$313.99
$1470 (drive off fees)-$267.69
$3000 Down-$223.93

Money Factor-0.00003
Residual-$12,169
Purchase Option-$12,469

Is this deal worth considering? Or can one do better?
Thanks for all your input.

leafer123, did you talk to Fontana Nissan yet ?

Yea the S has the QC option included....I think I fell into a fantastic deal/opportunity. It was the only VIN left on the lot with that deal :D

Hey all...Here in Tacoma, WA, we visited Tacoma Nissan on Monday this week and got a screaming deal on a 2015 Leaf S. Lease was $0/down, $214/month for 36 months...
If that is an S with Quick-Charge, that's a great deal, but even without it, it's a good deal. Especially if you get a state rebate or tax waiver. So congrats, and most of us here agree: the LEAF is a great car! :)

FTR or comparison, I recently leased a 2015 S with QC, for effectively $2000 down/$200+tax in the Bay Area. Loyalty credit (re-lease) helped bring it down, and CA's $2500 cash rebate will offset the down payment.

Here are the lease details I got:

2015 Nissan Leaf S with QC package.
Location: Northern Virginia/ Washington DC
Zero Down
$299.99/month for 36 months for 12000 mi/yr - This includes taxes, destination fees, xyz fees, dealer markup, doo dah fee etc.

The breakdown for those who care:
Price:$29534.89 Term:36 Rate:0.00003 MSRP:$31820.00 Residual:0.38 AllowMI/YR:12000 Cents/MI END:15 Acquisition Fee:$595 Rebate:$8750.00 Govt Fee:$62.75 Taxes:$1830.25 Doc Fee:$489.00

I wanted everything under $300 for nothing down. I thought I had it BUT the dealer was able to sneak in a $350 restocking fee at the end of the lease term if I choose not to buy the car. Somehow the dealer got me on that fee, and also the maintenance for second and third year of my lease is on me. I should have negotiated them into the $299.99 as well.

I hope this helps others. As far as the car goes, I'm enjoying it. Especially crystal clear phone calls on Bluetooth, no engine noise is great!!!

Nothing is ever "snuck in" when it comes to a contract. The finance manager goes over the WHOLE ENTIRE contract line by line. So at one point you agreed to that fee.

The deal I personally offered you is a GREAT deal. You just seem to not realize this. You are asking for a $176 payment w/ ZERO DOWN based off of a spread sheet you found on this forum. Nissan Leafs are the NUMBER ONE selling EV in the world for a reason. If you would have provided a working phone number I could have saved the trouble of countless back and forth emails and explained to you the specific questions you were asking.

Here is the deal I offered you:

2015 Nissan Leaf w/ QC
Term: 36 months
Miles: 12,000
MSRP: $32,025
INVOICE: $30,630
SELLING PRICE:$29,130 ($1500 BACK OF OUR INVOICE PRICE.....VPP GETS YOU ONLY$150 OFF)

MONEY FACTOR: 0.00003 (On Approved Credit)
RESIDUAL: 37%
RESIDUAL BALANCE: $12,169.50

PAYMENT OPTIONS (already includes tax):
$0 DOWN - $313
$1,470 DOWN (just the drive off fee's incl 1st month's payment)- $267

CERRITOS NISSAN IS THE #1 DEALER IN ALL OF ORANGE COUNTY W/ OVER 700 NEW VEHICLES. WE ARE A NO HAGGLE, GAMES OR GIMMICKS DEALER. NO HIDDEN COSTS OR MARK UP'S. WHICH IS WHY WE ARE RATED WHAT WE ARE RATED.

2015 SV with QC and premium package
36 months
12K year
$2,376 down
$320.60/month

Good deal?

Not a good deal! I was offered 3 yr/15K miles on Leaf SV for $320 with zero down and SV with premium for $350. With your downpayment your deal is worse than both of these offers.

Is this deal dead? I finally got a quote back from my insurance, and I would jump on this today if it was still available at this price. Its showing $142/$175 (VPP/non-VPP) for me on that link.

There 36 now not 24 months

Can you guys open a sale center in Orange County here? My dealer here did not even apply VPP discount to the lease calculations - says the deal is already better than VPP...
