No luck for me either. I got the waiver enabled, but didn't check the box right away; called a few dealers, logged back in and now my "order" (RAQ) is disabled again. Checked with CS and they say "there has been an issue with the ordering and RAQ accepting, Nissan is working on the site as we speak."
By the way when I tried as an experiment to go ahead and schedule the assessment I got the same error "not servicing your area" or whatever.
