I got my numbers from Car & Driver. They could very well be off.
Best selling vehicle in the US for that year was the Ford F-Series truck at 780K unit.
I was looking at cars in particular. For completeness, your source still lists the Ford Fusion as the best-selling American car, but at 300k units.
The over 250K reservations is worldwide.
Yep, sorry I overlooked that.
