Had a great time at the concert and charged up for free, paid about $8 for a burger and fries (should have gotten the teriyaki chicken ) spent $200 gambling and won $253.

so does that mean I am a mooch cause I charged for free and did not leave any money?

well, for one thing; there is no sign stating the parking lot was for customers only. Nearly every parking lot I know of has a sign stating "Customer Parking Only, violators will be towed"
but this parking lot did not.

now, the parking facility is HUGE not counting the 6 story covered parking area so there may have been a sign I did not see...

You know who is a mooch... I went hiking today at wallace falls state park. I have a discover pass. Which means I paid the fee to the state to use the parks. It was quite a busy place. But the parking lot was nearly empty. Why? Because all the mooches parking along side the road so they could skip out on paying the fee! The fee is required to park in the lot...

this was first time at Muckleshoot for me and I will say, their "smoke eater" system is one of the best I have seen. despite people smoking all over the place, I rarely sniffed smoke and when I did, it was very light. but the place did have very high ceilings thru out which I am sure helped a lot.

one complaint; no live Keno. I am on a 7 visit winning streak (over 3 different casinos in the last 2 years) playing the game... but still came out ahead anyway.

but as mentioned above; there are no parking restriction signs anywhere I could see and I looked a good 5 minutes beyond the limits of patience my passengers had :)

I'm sorry but if they have free chargers in their lot, then they know ANYONE can use them. If they wanted to place restrictions, they would. You are not a mooch. Now, if you went every day and charged.. then yes.

Don't forget that the installation of the charger generated a refundable tax credit if they are organized as a not for profit, or a tax credit if they are a for profit with taxable income. If you feel guilty about anything it should be being a dirty EV welfare king.
