Windshield washer fluid reservoir filler tube dislodged.

I'm writing this for my friend who decided to get a Leaf just because I have one.

Anyhow, her filler tube on the windshield washer reservoir is dislodged. So when you try to fill it it just leaks all the windshield washer fluid all over the ground. I've tried to get it to pop back in but without avail. Any suggestions?

The odd thing is that she bought this 2013 S at a Nissan Dealer about 180 miles away in Pueblo Colorado. When she asked the salesman if she could look under the hood he told her she should never open the hood, that there's nothing for her to look at or do under there. There were several other odd things she said about that salesman.

I recall reading on MNL somewhere that removing the wiper reservoir is a lot of work. However, perhaps only the filler tube on the top has lodged itself loose...
