What is the best height above the floor for the 50 amp outlet? I hope to use the wall bracket gadget to hold the EVSE under the outlet, but can't figure out from the pictures in the manual how long the cord is from plug to EVSE.
The cord is short, just less than 12" IIRC. I think the NEC limits the length of the supply cord to 12".
I'd put the plug 48" off the floor. That will make it easy to reach but high enough that toddlers can't reach it and give plenty of room for the brick to hang below.
Hx is really low, but car runs great (I'm just paranoid)
