Auto Door Locking

I have searched the forums and read the book but cannot find anything yet.
I would like to disable the auto door locks, which locks my car at about 15mph and unlocks the door only when I park. I have disabled these in my BMW, Nissan Murano all thought the iDrive or the Nav System. I cannot find any setting for this on the Leaf. I would appreciate if someone already knows how to do this.
