I have absolutely no problem with these posts and am grateful to see the recognition of Tesla's progress in installing SCs, notwithstanding the fact that Tesla doesn't have the greatest reputation for meeting its own timetables. (I'll take "late but awesome" over "never".)

As drees has pointed out in other threads, that potentially violates copyright law (and is certainly impolite to do if you haven't secured permission from the originator of the content), so I try to keep direct quotes and images to a minimum, and provide a link to the original source. Keeps the length of the posts down as well.
Hahaha. Yes, I'm sure the maps are a concern.

So I'm guessing there are is hardly anyone following this thread with your dry information and presentation of the information.
You're assuming that my intention is to maximize reads, which it is not. The intent is to provide a short summary of information available elsewhere for people who don't spend lots of time trawling EV sites, with links for those who have more interest in the subject and wish to delve more deeply into it. Those with limited interest can just ignore the links (or the posts, or the entire thread).

...I obviously can't speak for everyone, however I find the information very interesting and useful in the format GRA uses.
It gives a very concise overview and contains links for the data, and pretty pictures if I feel they need them.
Same for me. I look forward to seeing this thread getting a new post and enjoy seeing the reports of new Supercharger stations. If I want to see a map I use GRA's convenient link to supercharger.info.

I would say that you are successful. I have enough sites that I scan through, and appreciate that you bring this information to this forum. Keep it comin'!

Based on the response I stand corrected. Sorry. More power to you then.

That's neat. Honestly, though, I usually only check this thread occasionally, and when I do, reading some of the banter can be fun (as on other threads as well).

Great news! Price was one of the two remaining missing links in my annual 2350 mile trip to Portland. And Twin Falls should be done in a few months. All I need now is the Model 3; that will take a lot longer...

Price is also good for the SLC folks who want to visit the Moab parks.

Norfolk, Va. has re-opened (1st re-use 10/17) and is once again listed and mapped, after the fatal accident to a construction worker in August shut it down shortly before its official opening.

While these aren't official yet as they have not appeared on Tesla's web site, both Baxter and Hinkley, MN are up in the in car Nav maps.
We also have the first reported use of the Hinkley supercharger!

Update:
Both Baxter and Hinkley are now up on Tesla's supercharger page http://www.teslamotors.com/findus/list/superchargers/United+States

Each has 8 charging ports.

I expect to see a bump in local sales now that much of cabin territory is accessible.

Updated: As of 10/23/15, HInckley, MN (1st use 10/21) with 8 stalls, Baxter MN with 8 stalls, Gardnerville, NV (actually Topaz Lake) with 6 stalls and Truckee (Brockway), CA with 8 stalls are listed and mapped. Total U.S. SCs now 43/229/1,528.

Update to yesterday's post: Truckee (Brockway), CA with 8 stalls is listed and mapped. Total U.S. SCs now 43/229/ 1,528.

Feel free to join the speculation as to why Tesla opened a second Truckee SC site just 2.8 miles away from the first one, at http://www.teslamotorsclub.com/showthread.php/55146-Supercharger-Truckee-2-%28location-confirmed-opening-soon-%29/page6

It's not official yet, but Twin Falls, ID has been used by its first customer. Is that the faint sound of cheering I here from SW Colorado?
Yes, that is good news since it is the last Supercharger link in my routine trips to Portland. But a Tesla Model 3 may not be in my future after all since my eyesight is failing and if it gets to the point that I can't see well enough to drive, that makes a new car rather unnecessary... Perhaps I should just buy a CPO Model S while I still can (not that I can afford it or want to take on the maintenance hassles). Oh well...
