Add to the fact my original schooling was biology and adaptational biology (don't get me started how I ended up in transportation and planning), its hard for me to justify the vegetarian diet thats incorrect for our body's build and nutritional intake (this is also to say the southern specailty of meat and potatoes 100% of the time is just as incorrect). Yes, it can be susbsituted by taking the right vitamins to make it work...but I am more old fashion and "natural." But if you like to do that, then more power to you!
