At about 6 weeks before the warranty expiration our 2011 Leaf SL dropped to 8 bars. AHr reading was 43.39. A little over 46K miles. Thanks to all who published their experiences on MLN. Keeping track of the AHr reading on LeafSpy made the whole experience a little less mysterious.

The brackets are not separately grounded. The aluminum impact absorber they are mounted to appears to provide sufficient ground.

I received my set today. They are nice and sturdy but note that they do not cover the area under the pedals. This is probably designed this way for safety. I probably would not have ordered them had I known this before.

My reservation opened this morning. While shopping around one dealer mentioned that Nissan only releases 200 orders per day. Note that there is a 24 hr waiting period if you want to change dealer assignment after you have received a quote from a dealer. :cry:

The units have some contacts for connection to an external timer (not required for the LEAF). You could connect those to an indoor switch to prevent unauthorized use.
