Well, it continued to look like Leaf, Bolt, and M3 are our only real sub 50K choices in the Midwest. Sub 35K it’s only Bolt and Leaf (post discounts).
Thanks for sharing this current news article. It totally makes sense to use your EV batteries in the best markets. The Leaf's heyday was in Europe after all. Asia will do well in the EC market I expect like the Leaf did initially.
Tesla it seems are going with Cobalt free batteries from China for China EV market in their standard range Model 3's. Europe and China should be hot EV markets for the next 10 years with the USA EV market may continue to see limited sales for the same period of time. A plus this USA delay could give current car makers a few more years of life before the ICE starts fading fast.
