Upgrading to SV/Sl Radio unit in a 2017 S?

Is it possible to upgrade from S to a SV/SL radio unit in a 2017? Was wanting to have android auto and the larger screen, and I was wondering if I pulled it all off a junkyard leaf, if I could somehow end up with an upgrade.

Anyone know if this is possible?

You're actually lucky in that you have a S, you can install almost any head unit you'd want, and the stock unit is one of the worst options you could get. For a 2017 I'd recommend something in the XAV-AX series from Sony, but pretty much any head unit that's double din sized will work.

Wait, if I replace the head unit, could I have android auto and keep the factory backup camera?
