I'm still not sure if its related to your issue, but the Nissan techs are going to check into what VIN numbers got the improved AC filters. My LEAF is a 10/11 build, and the other 2 were 11/11 build date. There are 2 things though that make me think the new filter isn't the fix for this: 1) the 2011 dealer demo leaf only showed 2ma on my meter, and charged just fine, and 2) JupiterLeaf's 2012, which came on the same boat as mine, also only showed 1.5-2ma of leakage on my DVM.
