Cannot use in car Charging Timer

My car successful charges manually with my Pod Point charger but I am unable to use the Timers in the car. I have tried time and time again I contacted Nissan Customer Support and they were not helpful saying use their app making sure to disable the on board Timers. The app however does not have a time. As I said in a previous message what use is there in having a dog if you have to bark yourself... not just that but to take advantage of the Economy 7 I have to stay up late to connect manually........

Thanks yes. App looks good and timing set but it's WiFi is so weak it fails to contact to my fibre BT WiFi. I have contacted Pod Point and they are promising to get back. The instructions imply they know connection to their wifi is an issue
