Interesting... for those who didn't know some (most?) Renault Samsung vehicles are based upon Nissan designs. I first learned of a "Samsung Maxima" long ago via maxima.org when I still had a 5th gen Maxima. The Samsung SM5 mentioned at http://www.businessweek.com/stories/2002-10-06/renault-samsung-a-french-recipe-to-savor" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; was a rebadaged 4th gen Maxima (when the 5th gen was current) but built in Korea.

Not sure if they've arrived yet, but I suspect some American consumers will be surprised by Korean-made Nissans.
