Has anyone found a way to display the internal or cabin temperature on the Leaf.

Mine is an early 2012 model.

On hot days it would be useful to know if the car is hotter inside than the ambient temperature outside. Clearly it is inefficient to drive a car with the windows open, but the impact is small at city street speeds. It would be a help to be able to readily toggle the "temperature" display between 'internal' and 'external' to decide how to set the windows on a warm but not unbearably hot day.

If you look on Ebay you will see billions of different cabin thermometers. I got one, for about $13 shipped, that displays one of two temps (it has a [robe with a lead) or the time. You may prefer one that shows everything at once.

EDIT: make sure the one you get displays in the system (Celsius or Fahrenheit) you prefer. Some are switchable, others are C only.
