Central Oregon rental homes?

Hey guys, we just moved to central Oregon and was wondering if you own a house or know of a place and want to rent it out let us know!

basics:
1) Want to be near or outside of bend such as redmond (quick charger)
2) under 1200/month 2bd+
3) garage to charge the car

If you live in bend why would you want to be close to DCQC in Redmond? Redmond is over 20 miles away?

I don't live in Bend. Either Redmond or Bend are my location choices for rental homes.
