CARWINGS PIN doesn't match VIN - LATEST UPDATE

Just got off the phone with customer service.
Seems they have gotten 200 calls about this issue.
Looks like their database is corrupt and you need to resend your pin from the vehicle.
This affects the website and the mobile app.
 
I called and spoke to them about 10 minutes ago.
they said nothing about resending pin from vehicle. Instead they implied that the problem was universal and they would be working a fix from there.

not sure who got the right info.
 
Just got off the phone with Carwings, my representative had received 5 calls on this subject.

He told me to re-enter username and password in the vehicle Carwings Portal.
 
I called about 10 minutes ago also.
I was told to resend the pin, so who knows.
Not near my car so I'll wait until I get more info.
If the PINS are mismatched I suspect a database issue, not a system outage.
Maybe they brought it down to correct the issue or recover the database?
 
are we talking the original pin that we got via the web portal, which was entered the first day at the dealership and that was never used again?

Not sure.
I was told if I had a question about it, call from the car.
 
turns out, they will give it to you. or you may have it among your original paperwork.

entry protocol is:
zero emissions tab
car wings tab
car wings setting tab
sign in

enter name and code pin
 
The PIN and Password are on the Vehicle Profile page. Get there by clicking on the Edit Vehicle Profile link.

I'm having the same problem.

same with me - it works now
did get all the info over the phone from the Nissan ev call center
but didn't get to the car
and I am happy that it works now without me having to enter everything over again
