I had a fairly long telephone conversation with a Blink rep last weekend. Apparently he is a regular reader of this forum and seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. He did acknowledge the problems that some folks have mentioned here, but those are all apparently on the Wifi and programming the timer areas rather than on the charging infrastructure. He say most of the problems have been fixed and Blink's units are as good as any.
I also brought up the issue of non-functioning Blink units out on the public domain (as discussed in this forum), and he said the number 1 problem is their inability to know if an unit is down. Sometimes they get an alert, but sometimes they don't. If you find an unit non-functioning he wanted us give them a call, and someone will fix it in a timely manner.
