I guess you have to kind of expect that from some car salesmen.
I bought at the same dealership and they've been very good. No charge for either of my yearly inspections and they've done other checks at my request free of charge. Got a comlementary rental car when my car was one of the first with the "a/c" issue. They were one of the few offering discounts at rollout of the leaf.
Dave, the sales manager drives a leaf and is very versed in leaf knowledge. If one of his sales guys is pulling stunts I bet he'd like to know about it.
