Should be technically doable--those are great suggestions.

But possibly overkill for most situations. Yes, some gas stations have a key for outside rest room use, but most of the time the restrooms that say for customer use only are not actively enforced. The sign provides enough of a guilt trip to at least cause most of the users of the facilities to buy a soda or something.
