Still waiting on charger installation.

I am in Uk. Bought a 2020 Leaf from a local dealer.
Boought changer installation at same time. It turned out this was to be supplied through EON Drive.
This has been a disaster. I love the car , but EON have twice failed to keep video conference call appointments.
If you call, ou hand on the phone for ever. I am trying to get this cancelled and arrange with someone else
I have to plug in at present.

I am now on my Second Pod Point and manually it is brilliant and they are very responsive. However, as my previous problem says I cannot get the in car Timer to work....
