The Humboldt Electric Vehicle Association is holding its sixth annual electric vehicle show and tell at the Bayside Grange near Arcata, CA from 8 am to noon. Here are the details: "Hello!
In honor of Earth Day, 2013, the Bayside Grange & the Humboldt Electric Vehicle Association (H.E.V.A.) are sponsoring our SIXTH ANNUAL ALL ELECTRIC VEHICLE SHOW on Sunday, April 21, 8 AM to 12 noon. Members of H.E.V.A. will be parking their electric cars, trucks, scooters, bicycles and tractors in front of the Grange for your perusal. Local owners and enthusiasts will be on hand to discuss electric vehicles, and share their knowledge. Come learn about being "gasoline-free," and reducing your carbon footprint, all while enjoying a great community breakfast at the Grange.
Other special guests include the REDWOOD ENERGY AUTHORITY, presenting information on the upcoming cycle of their Energy Watch Program, and the OLD ARCATA ROAD SAFETY COMMITTEE, tabling to present and gather information on the Old Arcata Road Project.
