CA HOV Application - Fastrak Evidence?

I am filling in my CA HOV sticker application (plates arrived today) and I live in a county that requires FasTrak. Not a problem as I already have that, but they want evidence of the FasTrak account.

What specifically do they want? I have a printout of my account summary page from the FasTrak website - indicates my address, license plate, type of car, etc. Is that what people are using or is there something more official.

Read the statement again. That's only for hybrids. There is no FasTrak requirement for the LEAF, so no need to submit doc even if you have FasTrak.

yeah... probably if carpools were still free on the bridges, you'd have to get a transponder for leafs as well. but now everyone has to pay, carpool or not.
