And while I did get closer to getting answers, I was told they cannot even talk to the people in that department, can only look on the board in the room to see which mail date they are processing. So, even though they are way beyond my mail date, she couldn't say what, if anything, was going on with my application. The only advice was to re-submit with a new check because if I happened to actually have the stickers by the time they processed it, they would just return it and say that stickers were already issued. Really frustrating process.
