Is this for three years, 15,000 miles per year?

Nice deal, but how much is/was the Loyalty Rebate? Looks like Nissan offers these in a wide range ($500 - $5000) and it certain skews your deal.

This was a good deal right? I get 2500 back because of the CVRP.
The problem is I signed the contract last week, and have been driving the car ever since, but out of nowhere the dealer calls wanting to "fix" the contract and said it won't be changing anything I pay. What could be wrong with it? Is he trying to trick me?

---> Your deal is quite good. I am not sure that dealer can change anything in contract since it was agreed upon and signed.

Thanks. How does one equate $1000 to a potential lease cost (overall and monthly) when considering a potential 2 or 3 year lease?
In a similar vein - How does one equate VPP to a potential non-VPP least quote/cost? I believe VPP is $1000 below Invoice (not MSRP), right?

Residual % - 40%
Lease-end value - 12,448
Initial Cap Cost - 28,187 (with VPP)
Rebate - 8,150
Downpayment - $2000
Adjusted Cap cost - 20,065
Monthly payment - 212.58 + 18.6 (tax) - 231.18
Is it a good deal ?
There are so many variations to the lease quotes so it has been tough to compare. Appreciate your help.

in your case (or any other with sales tax involved) you should break down that $2000 payment.
my negotiated price was higher at $29,000 (had mud flaps and floor mats which shouldnt be that much more but...) but your deal should really detail total payments or in your case
$2,000 down
231.18*35 8091.30 or $10,091.30 minus your $2500 makes it $7591.30 or 21.1 cents per mile
mine was zero down. $245.75 * 35 or 8601.25 for 15,000 miles or 19.2 cents per mile
