U1A05 0008 TCU USB Comm AV-199

I suspect that this is the error that causes
my navigation to keep restarting.
Do you know how to fix this?
It's not the 12V battery. I just replaced it.

The diagnostic procedure states:

Check the USB harness connection and erase DTC. Replace TCU if the malfunction constantly occurs.
Refer to AV-504, "Removal and Installation".

Apparently, the USB connection runs between the AV unit and the TCU.

I had done the search before posting, but that offers no solution.
i.e.
Where is the USB connection?
What do I have to remove to get to the USB connection?

Sorry, I don't know having never had that issue before. Hopefully someone else has fixed that issue before and will post here

I believe that the USB connection might be under the glove box area.
The error does go away every now and then.
I'm still trying to figure out what keeps causing the navigation to restart.
I feel like if I decline the Carwings start-up message, the restarting seems to disappear.
Strange.
