The dealers can ask anything they like. That is not legally binding. There is no reason not to share this information. I am not going to sign an NDA to look at a quote. My dealer did not ask me to 'keep this secret' and I would not want to do business with any dealer that did.

Saying "hey I got a great price from this dealer and you should go there too if you can", is showing respect for the dealer.

I have looked through this list and I have not seen any outrageous discounts. Some are at MSRP, many are %5 below MSRP, I saw one (mine) that was 7% below MSRP. What specifically are you concerned about? I don't see anything that dealers should be concerned about sharing. In fact the dealer I am working with, Tonkin Nissan in Wilsonville Oregon, made a very public statement that they would offer invoice pricing for the vehicle and accessories to anyone in the Oregon Electric Vehicle Association (oeva.org). Since joining the OEVA is only $20, that could be the best $20 you ever spend if it saves you hundreds. There are two other dealerships closer to my house that would not match this price. And thanks to info on this site, I know the invoice prices for all the accessories so I could confirm the offer was as promised.

Let the information be free and let the free market forces determine the winning dealers. Trying anything else is just swimming upstream in this modern age of information.
