For anyone in the SF Bay area, recommend you do not go to Premier Nissan, Fremont. Waste of time.

I had already placed my order with them when I read this (didn't know about the discount from North Bay Nissan at the time, although they are awfully far). What's the problem with Premier Nissan? I checked with Nissan and they said I can't change dealers now that I've placed my order without delaying things, but I want to make sure if there's an issue with the dealer I'm aware of it.

Now, here's the question: since I requested a quote via the website from Serramonte as my preferred dealer, how do I change the preferred dealer to something else (like Boardwalk)? Even if you choose the "Rework Quote" option, there seems to be no way to modify your preferred dealer choice?

I tried a "live chat" from the leaf website. The support person on the other end said that they would reset my choice, but 24hrs later, no change on the website. Still stuck with Serramonte Nissan as my choice.

Any hints?

I would contact Nissan Customer support on Monday for help. Also try either Northbay Nissan in Petaluma or Boardwalk Nissan in Redwood city. Both are giving below MSRP quotes. I am in SF and would not go to Serramonte for any car. Never had a good experience with any dealer there.

Uro, have you seen the Cayenne color in person yet? The photo is actually darker than it really is. It's a much lighter color in the sunlight.

Yes! I saw a Nissan Juke in Cayenne Red last week. Great color, in my opinion. Definitely more metallic/coppery in bright light...richer, smoked paprika color in low light.

Love it!

For my own use, I've written a few scripts to collect/compile the pricing info in here into something more useful. Of course, since the parsing script relies on the orders' information being in the specified format, it may have missed a few orders' info. Small price to pay in exchange for not having to wade through every page, I say.

Maybe this is a no-brainer but I realized immediately when I was able to place my order that if I requested an online quote I'd have to wait for the reply and if I didn't like the quote I'd have to do it all again. This would eat up valuable time before I could actually confirm my order on Nissan's site. So,.... When Nissan gave me the all clear to get a quote I simply called several dealers in my area (and outside my area) to get an instant quote that ranged from: still-no reply from Glendale Nissan, to obvious ignorance and an unwillingness to deal from West Covina Nissan, to MSRP from Universal Nissan and Santa Monica Nissan (both with a we don't care we'll get orders anyway attitude), to $1000 off MSRP from Fontana Nissan and Gardena Nissan (both of whom were very nice). I was quickly able to make a decision, request a quote and place my order without delay. Maybe someone else will find this useful, but as I say perhaps it's a no-brainer. Tally Ho!
