Finally decided to run our '14 SL from Asheville (apx 2200' elevation) up to the Mount Pisgah Inn on the Blue Ridge Parkway (apx 5000' elevation). Car has 2700 miles, battery showed 6TB and 87%SOC when we left home (0 trip miles).
Got on Blue Ridge Parkway at NC191 (10 trip miles, 74%SOC). Drove 40 mph on Parkway - limit was 45 but light traffic. Arrived at Mt. Pisgah Inn (25 trip miles, 36%SOC). Returned to NC191(40 trip miles, 46%SOC thanks to lots of B mode regen at 35 mph). Got home at 50 trip miles and 34%SOC.
We don't have any extra instrumentation and I haven't plotted all the elevation rises/falls etc. but thought the SOC data still might be of some use.
