Mainplace Mall, Santa Ana, CA charging: J1772

For those in Orange County, CA, who frequent Westfield Mainplace Mall (next the to the Discovery Cube)...I just dropped by the other day to see if their old style chargers (2, one paddle and and old connector -what were they called?) were updated, and lo-and-behold...there was a J1772 nozzle connected to one of them! The other inductive charger is still there. I think these are CliperCreeks run by SoCal Edison as I did not see any other names on them. I was there charging for 2hrs yesterday.

The charger is located gnd floor parking structure, right outside of the mall entrance closest to JcPenny, west side of the mall (closest to I-5)

Very cool! I use to call this "the pink mall" as a kid.

what were they called?

Avcon? The claw lookin one.

Now if we could convince the discovery center to take down that star wars poster so the solar panels on the cube could get some sun...
