Leaf EZ-Charge locations

We are thinking about getting a 2016 SL just like Graffi. The deals are almost too good to pass up. One of the things that it will give us is the 2 years of EZ Charge. However, I have been unable to find out where the DCQC's that are a part of this program are located. The Nissan site pointed to the Plug Share map, but it does not allow showing only free EZ-Charge locations. It does not even show the Nissan Dealer's DCQC which is in the EZ network.

Can anyone provide a link to a good source to find the free EZ-charge DCQC stations?

Plugshare has a setting to ONLY select NCTC chargers. Says right on their site and it should be easy to find in the app and website.

You may have to list a Leaf as your car in PlugShare to get the NCTC filter to work. Around here it's mostly NRG anyway, most dealerships are still free for all.
