Is there an EVSE capapble of charging my Leaf to a set percentage?

I looked at a tesla once and I seem to remember there was a bar on the data screen allowing you to slide it to the degree of charge you wanted.

Any comments regarding this?

Yes. Tesla is a better EV than the Leaf. It also costs at least 2x as much.
 
Can we get a LeafSpy to read the CAN bus via the CHADEMO? Just put an 'adapter' (a very very short JLong..) with a 'dongle' on the Chademo and do what Tony says...

So, let's imagine we use JLong with an extra jumper wire across the disconnect switch in the handle. Now, a simple CAN bus reader that hits a programmed SOC% opens a relay which exposes the proximity pin to 330 ohms.

That's it. Works with any EVSE.
