IPAD 2 app "unknown error" issue

I just installed the Leaf app yesterday and get this "unknown error" message when I try to login with my Nissan info. Any solutions to this problem? Anybody have any luck with the app on an IPAD 2? Thanks!

Works just fine for me. You may want to remove the app from memory or reboot the pad.

No problems with the App here.
I will say that with so many different log on User Names and Passwords it may simply be an issue of getting the correct log in matched up to with the App. I couldn't get into Carwings because of this issue for quite a long time.
