i cannot pull out the wire from my nissan leaf 40 kw

I have charged at home but I can't pull the wire out, I have reset, I have unplug the 12 v batterey, but nothing works-Any suggestion?

Welcome. Check to see if the charging cable lock feature is on. If not, we'll proceed from there.

In the 2018 model this possibility does not exist. You have onlythe open button under the Sterering wheel and the one in the electronic key

I never noticed that it was gone, because I never used it while it existed. There have been quite a few cases of physical obstruction of the charge port, usually caused by an O-ring inside of the plug folding in half while still inside the plug. I don't recall that resulting in the plug getting stuck in the port, but it's possible, I think.

the lock and unlock is in the menu for EV settings in the instrument display...not sure why y'all are saying this doesn't exists?

Physical button no...in the menu yes... for unlock and lock charge cable.

OP...check your owners manual.
