I don’t see why you shouldn't claim the part of the install used by the Blink. You had to pay to run the 240v line, and it was needed for the EVSE. Obviously, the cost of the AV shouldn't count, but as we know, the installs are the expensive part.

I just talked to Sun West and I'm going to have my assessment on Friday at 7am and then the install on Tuesday! That was fast!
I'm sure they want it installed ASAP so they can start collecting data from me.
