Nissan will tell you that yes, it has been dealt with. Drivers of 2019 Leafs say that they have been improved, but still fast charge more slowly as they heat up than pre-'18 Leafs.

So Quick Charging Heats Up the Battery?
And the Heat created from the quick charging
Slows Down The Time to Charge?
Cant they fix that problem?
I know That on my 2015 That I Charge
at 220 volts In The warmer Weather Charges Faster
Than it does in the cooler winter weather And that
Makes Sense to me I guess i don't get how the
fast charging Works but it sounds like it creates
more heat than the battery can handle?

All correct. DCFC produces much more heat than L-1 or L-2 charging. Really fixing this pack design issue would require redesigning the battery to add liquid cooling.

I see
Thats what hurts the battery
Lack of liquid cooling the battery pack
I wonder when Nissan will come up
With a liquid cooling for the battery?
I think Hyundai and Kia are using that
I guess as time goes on they will make the Perfect Electric Car
If you ever see the movie who killed the electric car
GM had a nice one about 20 years ago then the oil
companies and government Squashed it
I have always disliked GM and there Polices
