Hello,
I will replace my original Leaf 2011 Lithium pack with a 2014 used one.
Questions
- Any existing connector adapter for control signal cable between these two pack ?
- If I keep the BMS of the 2014, will the car run ?
I know I may go to Nissan dealer to activate the new battery but is the Canbus codes are same ?
2014 pack have:
- battery heater
- 3 temp sensors instead 4
- PTC connector, I am ok with this one, I found I have only to close the small signal contact loop
in the connector to enable the pack and mimic a connector is there.
OR
Do I have to move all Lithium cells to my pack ?
I know this is safer and will work directly but want to know best option.
Thanks
