I have been listening to songs from a USB stick > 60 mins every weekday for about two months. The songs are in folders, one per album. The random function SUCKS. It repeats certain tracks while ignoring others. And there is no easy way to skip a song and go to the next random song.

In our 2-adults 3-seniors household, a 2013 Leaf SV has become our primary car, and a 2011 Prius is our backup/long distance car.

1. When playing songs from USB stick in random order, the same song repeats in less than 10 minutes. This has happened to me again and again. 2. Make it easy to skip current song and go to the next *random* song when in random mode. No easy way to do this today.

In random mode, to skip current song and go to the next random song: Press "mode", "1 track repeat", "random" Annoying, but works. Anyone notice the random function often repeats the same song a few minutes later? Truly annoying.

I've put ~1100 miles on our 2013 SV since we got it May 8, mostly with my 21 mile roundtrip commute and the weekend trips to farmers market etc. The longest trip so far was a 75-mile round trip to Mt Madonna - we thought we were pushing it, but got home with 21% charge left! We are getting a100...

We got our Leaf from Boardwalk Nissan in Redwood City. The registration says MP E.

Leaf is the first Nissan car bought in our family. Previous cars: 82 Corolla, 83 Renault Alliance (big mistake), 90 Corolla, 91 Corolla, 93 Camry, 2011 Prius. Very happy with Toyota purchases. Will be comparing Leaf to Toyotas to see if it is as well designed/manufactured. So far so good.

We test drove one at Capitol Mitsubishi, San Jose. The car drove OK, but the interior is spartan, dash display sub-basic (think 80's LCD displays), spongy seats, and a 2nd wiper that stands upright all the time. Couldn't get excited about it at all. They were giving us $8k off MSRP on a demo...
