There have been a number of threads recently about frustrations with privately owned public charging infrastructure. These include (lack of) interoperability of membership cards, station reliability, the fact that many effectively hold a deposit, high and illogical charging cost, and so on...

Have any class members received the above? I believe the settlement has been final for some time, and I am a member of the class, but have seen nothing since the 2013 notice.

My usage is slightly increasing, I think. I think I will be at more than 80% loss in less than 2 more years. Your point is well taken. Without 80%+ loss, there will be no case. Nonetheless, the fundamental question I raise is at least worth exploring--for those who are in "ideal" battery life...
