Speedometer problem

I hope anyone can help me out. I'm planning to travel from Seattle to Canada Vancouver next week. Since the speedometer is in Imperial MPH, and I tried to change it to Metric KM/h without success. Hopefully some of you can walk me thru

The Nissan HQ replied that I do not need to visit the service department to change the odometer from MPH to Kilometers. Directions to make this change can be for found on page 2-29 and 2-30 of the Owner's Manual:

Nice that you can make that conversion. Back in the 'old' days, we just mentally multiplied KPH by 0.6 to get MPH. Close enough.
