Saving money on windshield wiper "blades" / refills

I made an album on imgur with instructions on how to replace just the rubber refills, instead of the whole wiper "blade".

For posterity, here are the Honda part numbers
Front driver side: 76622-STK-A02
Front passenger side: 76632-STK-A02
Rear: 76622-T7A-003

P.s., I find it easiest to remove the entire arm from the car and work on it at the kitchen table.
