No Carwings Data Logged since June 4, 2014

Carwings has not logged my driving data since June 4, 2014, though my LEAF says it is communicating to Carwings every time I turn the car on.

Anyone else having the same issue?

If so, is there any way to contact Nissan/Carwings to figure out what is going on?

Yes, and the same thing happened to me from May 8-15. The Carwings data is kind of cool and I like to review it now and then, but it is pretty worthless when weeks of data gets lost forever. I'm sure you could try to contact Nissan, but it seems doubtful that it will help much. I guess this is why it is still a "free" service.

Online in CARWINGS it tells me that my VIN number is invalid. To reset it I have had to retype the username and password in the vehicle and resend it. This has happens 4 times (3 of the times this year) since I bought the car 3 years ago.
