I believe you can only have one charge port and still have the 6.6 kW charger. You can't DC fast charge though.

Only one port for 6.6kW charging. The large blank port in your picture is where the port for DC Quick Charging would go.

It looks like to me the 6.6 kW charger is standard on the 2013 SVs.

Yes, the 6.0kW charger is Standard, but if you want a QC port, it is a $1400 option that comes with LED headlights, Auto on/off headlights, and Fog lights.
