Need help with EV presentation for HOA (homeowner's assoc)

I'd recommend making some sort of visual mockup that makes it look nice and neat. Either take a picture of a similar (but neat) install somewhere else, or use Photoshop to show how it can look in your parking space. Some people are just incapable of visualizing things, and will assume that it will be ugly.
