Motor temperature

As battery capacity rises and we are able to go longer distances will our electric motors be in danger of being burned up due to the increase in temperature?

How long can one push the LEAF at 70 MPH before motor heat would be a concern?

No worries for either. The Leaf's motor is well cooled. You can push it as hard as you like.
