Rick Perry to head the Energy Department. The department Rick Perry wanted to abolish, but couldn't remember the name.

In comparison, the previous and current Energy Secretaries don't look like dummies, esp. given one of them is a Nobel Laureate. Being a professor at MIT and heading the department of physics is pretty impressive, as well.
