I would start by getting an OBDII dongle and the app LeafSpyPro. You can find all the details if you search this site.

That will allow you to check each cell in the battery individually and give you a much, much better idea of the health of the battery pack. You can also use it read and clear the trouble codes on the car.

That said, a weak 12V battery can cause all sorts of funny problems with a Leaf and the Leaf does a mediocre job of keeping the 12V fully charged and thus healthy. It might make sense to check the voltage level and health of your 12V battery first. LeafSpyPro will show the 12V battery voltage as well. It's a great tool.

Sorry - should have said. I've already replaced the 12V battery with a brand new one - and checked and charged it with a decent quality battery charger (CTEK 'Time to Go'). We've had the fault codes cleared twice and both times they've come back. It's then been to the local Nissan dealership, who (I think) have checked out the main traction battery.

Any updates from the people that reported these DTC's ?

Isolation fault makes me think rodent damage, but that is influenced by my recent experiences.

If you have a local EV specialist (a Leaf specialist would be much better) then that makes sense. It sounds like there could be a short between the high voltage battery and some other part of the car. This could blow a fuse and cause other problems so best to fix it ASAP.
