LEAF clicks when charging

I bought a 2022 LEAF SL+ in September. While charging, about every 5 seconds the car clicks rapidly 4 times. Noise comes from behind the driver's seat. Is this normal?

It also makes noise after I park in the garage and turn it off. ?
